What is Fantasy Draft Mode on FM 2016?

The idea of the fantasy draft mode is that you can create your dream team and and then take on your mates. You start with a fixed budget and each manager will build a squad from scratch, the idea is you build your team, competing with other managers to sign the best players and then you can go head-to-head against other people in a mini-league.

This is a fantastic feature for FM 2016 and brings the social gameplay of football manager to another level. We of course could play an online mode against friends and other people and we can export our teams for versus matches but with the introduction of the fantasy draft, this brings together the social side and also the fantasy football aspect.
