Today we have an away game against Bristol Rovers in the FA Cup, the magic of the cup can bring unexpected results. We are playing great football and would love to make it through to the 4th round of the cup. We are in the middle of the January transfer window, which is always an important time for any football manager, deciding who to move on and who to bring in on transfer can make or break a season. I have set our scouts up to be working hard and provide us with scouting reports on as many players as possible.
