Today we have launched a brand new series, the aim of this series is to manage a team who are bottom of the Premier League on the 1st of December in the first season and then try and lead them to safety.

We will face alot of challenges on this save file, here are a few things we will need to manage.Morale - When managing a club who are in the relegation places, morale will be low for most of the players, they would have lost alot of games so confidence will not be as high as it could be. This will be our biggest challenge, it is much easier to win games when morale is higher.
Poor Form - As well as having poor morale, the players will be suffering with poor form, a few of the players have form of 6.50 etc, this can be a cause for their low confidence. I will need to try and decide the best players to play based upon the form of the players and their morale. In some cases we might not have enough players to cover or step into the team. This will make our job tough if we are having to play players on low form and with bad morale.
Lack of goals - This team has only scored 6 goals up to the first of December, 3 of the goals were against Hull in a win at the beginning of the season. We need to address this straight away, it is going to be tough to try and score more goals, but at the same time try to ensure we do not concede lots of goals at the same time. This will be difficult at first but we will need to try and get a good balance, taking 1-0 wins in a few games would be perfect for morale on the defenders/goalkeepers and the strikers.
