Football Manager How to Pick Match Day Squad
When playing football manager, one of the most important things you will need to decide upon is your match day squad.

When I am picking my match day squad for my team, I will make sure I am looking at the form of the players, there is no point on picking a player if his form is bad. Morale, I consider to be just as important. Its important that your players have good form and good morale, as a manager its your job to make sure all of your players have this.
When you are picking your match day team, it can be tempting to pick your better current ability players, and in a perfect world if your better players are performing well then it would be better to select them. If they are on bad form though, then its not worth selecting them for your match day starting 11.
Focusing more on form and morale will make your team play better and you will get more consistent results.
