Quick update today, we are now coming up to the Christmas run in, considering the squad I had at my disposal, I am pleased with how things are going. We must aim for a top 8 position as this would see us secure promotion to the league above.
I had made reference to Improta in the first post, he is doing pretty well and I would say is justifying his wages.

As the site is named Football Manager Youth Development, here are a few youth players I am working on, both have good potential for this level, they are never going to be world beaters but I am hoping to increase their stats so they can at least make me a small profit in the future. They are both getting plenty of game time and I am pleased to say both are developing well through this. I have still not managed to bring in any older players who would make suitable tutors. I will look to do this in the January window.

Currently 11th in the table at present, I am hoping I can have a good run up to January and then in the window try and bring in a few more players to push for the top 8 finish.
