Fm 2015 Real Name Fix German National Team
On football Manager 2015, due to licensing issues, the German, Chinese, South Korean and Japanese national teams are not playable. There are certain files you can remove, which will allow you to play as these nations and to see the real names of the players on FM 2015.

You will firstly need to locate the files, this is how to find them for Window and Mac:Windows

Mac
[username] > library > Application support > Steam > SteamApps > common > Football Manager 2015 > data > db > 1500 > lnc > all
FM 2015 files to remove for real name fix
When you locate the file, you will find these 7 files:fake.lnc
greek name change.lnc
italian awards.lnc
korean name change.lnc
lic_dan_swe_fra.lnc
nleague.lnc
turkish name change.lnc
You will need to delete the 2 files in bold (fake.lnc and nleague.lnc), this will fix the real names for players for the national teams mentioned of football manager 2015.
