Liverpool FM 2014 Tactics Guide
This article is about Football Manager 2014 Liverpool tactics, we have created a formation for Premier League club Liverpool. Under the management of Brendan Rogers, Champions League football is being played again at Anfield, it has been a long time since the glory days, back in the 80's. Possession based tactics, with pressurising the opposition are how Liverpool set up under Brendan Rogers and it is a successful, attractive way of playing football. When creating Liverpool FM 2014 tactics, it’s important to use the high work rate that players such as Henderson, Gerrard and Lucas have in the middle of the park, they are able to pressurise the opposition, which can quickly turn defence into attack. Liverpool are blessed with great complete wingbacks such as Johnson, who have the stamina to run up and down the wing getting crosses in for Suarez and Sturridge. The best tactic for Liverpool, need to also think about the pace of Sturridge and the work rate of Suarez up front. Ensuring the two strikers are getting good service, will ensure your Liverpool team will score lots of goals.
The Liverpool FM 2014 tactics video that I created can be seen below:
Playing as Liverpool on Football Manager 2014 would be a great challenge, they have lots of English players at the core, with some very exciting youth players to develop such as Sterling, his pace and flair make him a good choice for playing right wing, the only think you might need to think about if you are putting Sterling right wing and are having Johnson playing at right back, if you could be vulnerable in down that right hand side. Think about packing the midfield to create the best Liverpool tactic, if you give the fullbacks licence to roam then make sure the midfield can cover the defence.
On Football Manager 2015 Liverpool, will of course be without Suarez, who they sold to Barcelona for a fee in the region of £75M, out of this money, they did manage to bring in players such as Lallana, from Southampton, the England international is going to be an exciting prospect for Liverpool on Football Manager 2015, he has great pace and skill and will be a great option for Sterling, who you might want to rest every so often, due to his age.
Mario Balotelli, also joined Liverpool and will be great to use as a target man with Sturridge playing just off of him, the best tactic for Liverpool, would be to play with two strikers up front and having Balotelli and Sturridge up front will be a great option. A Liverpool tactic is also likely to have Lovren playing in a center back partnership with Skirtel, they will both be strong and are good in the air, with good positioning attributes, which will help out the midfielders.
