This article has all of the gameplay videos from our Oxford United play through on football manager 2015. Oxford start the PC game in League 2, with this team I aim to take them to the Premier League and beyond, I would like to do this without putting the club in debt and I would like to focus on the younger players and develop them through the academy. When we are established in the Premier League, I will aim to have a squad with 50% of the players are from the academy, this will be a long term FM 2015 gameplay save, but focusing on building a club over the long run is a good challenge and it would be a good achievement to bring through young players from the academy.
I will aim to develop the club from the top to the bottom, making sure I am bringing in the right staff for training, making sure the players that I sign have good personalities, so they can tutor the youth players. My aim for when we are making our way to the Premier League will be to bring in younger players, develop them and then sell them for a profit. This is a good method to do at the beginning, when playing as a team in the lower leagues of the football pyramid, it can ensure you are building a club that is financially sound and it also means when you are working through the leagues you will have money to reinvest in the squad.
