When playing football manager 2015, there will be times when you will be making lots of signings all at once. If you do find yourself doing this, then its important you do everything you can to help your squad settle. This can help your players play better and when your playing better you should win more games.

One of the best things you can do is to help players with the same nationality settle quicker is for a player who has been at your club for a while to help your new signing. So if you have a French player at your club and you sign a French player, you can interact with the player at your club who has been there a while and tell him to help your new signing settle quicker at your club. If all your players are English, for example, then just get your club captain to help.

Make sure your new player is match fit and that they have good morale before stepping onto the pitch, its not a good idea if your player is match fit and they have poor morale if you chuck them in the deep end. The chances are he will perform bad.

It is also a good idea to make sure your new player training schedule is stable from the beginning, a quick way to unsettle a player is if you do not focus on his training or put him on the wrong training schedule, eg if you train him too hard. You can just put the player on training for his position or if you want to increase a specific attribute, I recommend this also.

However you decide to help your player settle quicker, its important that you do to get the most out of him straight away and to help your club as soon as he can.
