Football Manager 2016 Hector Bellerin

Arsenal wonderkid Hector Bellerin is starting to make a name for himself playing in the right fullback position. He is known for his fantastic pace and is one of the fastest players in the Premier League.

At 20 years old he does have alot to learn, but is a very promising player. If you do decide to manage Arsenal on FM 2016, it would be a good idea to review his training to try and improve his mental attributes and some of his technical attributes. You will need to make the most of his pace, so if you are able to make him effective with his crossing etc then you will have a very good player.

If I was managing Bellerin on FM 2016, I would try and mould him as a "fast" Leighton Baines. Not to say that Baines is slow, but with the pace of Bellerin, if you can make his as productive as Baines, you will have a great player in your team.

I would also look to get him tutored by a more senior member of the squad. At the moment, where he has a light-hearted personality, this would be better if it was professional, so if you are able to change this if will help him develop quicker.
