Football Manager 2016 Raheem Sterling
Man City wonderkid Raheem Sterling, is an England international and winger. He is known for his fantastic pace and is one of the fastest players in the Premier League, he is also very skillful when running with the ball.

At 20 years old he does have alot to learn, but is a very promising player. If you do decide to manage Man City on FM 2016, it would be a good idea to review his training to try and improve his mental attributes and some of his technical attributes. You will need to make the most of his pace, so if you are able to make him effective with his crossing etc then you will have a very good player.
If I was managing Sterling on FM 2016, I would want him to be more effective with his runs, he does have great pace and will scare defenders. Its important to use his pace in the right way and his dribbling ability to make sure you make him effective on the pitch
Even at 20 years old he is considered to be on of England's best players and with the likes of Ross Barkley and Luke Shaw in the England team also, England look to have a very good team for the future.
