When you are managing a lower league team you will probably only have a couple of Scouts, you need to be making sure you are making the most of your scouts. The way to do this is to scout in the nation that you are managing in. It will be a good idea to scout the loan market and look for free transfers. My first tip is to make sure you know how much wage budget you have got to spend and how much of a transfer budget you have got. If you do need to sell any players, or you need to release any players then it is best to do this when you take over the club. Of course if you can find a player who has good technical attributes, as well as having good physical and decent mental attributes then you should look to sign this type of player.
