Football Manager 2016 Kurt Zouma
Chelsea wonderkid Kurt Zouma is a tall and strong center back. He is known for his physical presence and he does have good composure on the ball for a center back.
If you do decide to manage Chelsea on FM 2016, it is a good idea to make the most of John Terry and Gary Cahill's experience during the first season, potentially if you use John Terry to tutor Zouma, this would be a good thing to do. You will need to try and make the most of his composure and passing attributes, its a good idea if he can pass the ball out of defense rather than just trying to clear the ball as quick as possible.

If I was managing Zouma on FM 2016, he will need alot of game time to make him a first team regular. With John Terry being older, it will be worth trying to get an experienced center back to play with Zouma for the second season.
