Polish Midfielder Bielik is set to sign for Arsenal in a £2.4m deal according to the BBC.

The 17 year old will provide extra competition in Arsenals central midfield. Of course, Arsenal already are strong in the wide areas of their midfield with Ozil, Sanchez & Welbeck. Arsene Wenger has a a reputation for giving youth players a chance in the first team, so Bielik will be confident he will be able to get first team chances he will need to develop as a player.

Football Manager 2015 Wonderkid tips

When signing a wonderkid on football manager 2015, there are a number of tips to ensure you can develop the players as quickly as possible.
  • Ensure you train your youth players physical attributes early in their career, they will develop these attributes quicker when the players are younger. The quicker they are developed physically, they can concentrate on developing their technical attributes.
  • Make sure you get your youth players tutored by a good tutor. Its important they have a good personality like professional, spirited or model professional. This will help them develop much quicker.
  • Ensure you provide your players with enough first team football so they can progress their mental attributes. You need to really think about sending a player on loan if you cant give them the amount of first team football they need.
  • You need to develop a training schedule for your players. Its important to put them on a training schedule where they can develop key attributes for their position. A rotational basis is the best way to do this, increase one attribute, then work on another one.
