Jack Grealish to gain first team experience on loan

According to the Daily Mail Aston Villa winger, Jack Grealish is set to be offered out on loan during this January transfer window in order to get more first team experience.
A host of Championship clubs will try to sign the 19 year old English man. Last season he was on loan at Notts County, which would have helped his development as a footballer. He has played for Aston Villa this season but mostly coming on from the bench.
Interest in the winger is likely to be high and the experience of going on loan will be good for Jack to develop him as a player.
