In this episode I share with you 5 tips for training on football manager 2015. If you have any tips you would like to share, make sure you do this on our YouTube channel.
Be organised with training
Being organised is a big part of successful training on football manager 2015. It is essential you have every player on a training schedule and it is worth making sure you know what each player needs to be focusing on.
Higher morale makes players train better
It is really important to keep player morale as high as possible, not only will your players perform better on the pitch, but they will also perform better in training.
Make sure you are getting the best coaches you can for your club, it is worth spending the money on good coaches if you can. The better the coaches the better the training you can give your players.
I make sure I check on my players progress once a month, usually at the first of every month. You should get a training update from one of your coaches, so that is a good time to do this.
Review what players need to work on
I highly recommend you make notes on your player progression and what they need to be working on. For example, if you have a player who needs to improve his passing, if we pretend his passing attribute is 10. You make a note of this, put him on a training programme to improve this attribute and then you keep checking until his 10 attribute for passing increases. Once it has you change his training schedule onto something else.
